We’ve just attended the E-Consultancy Masterclass for 2009 where the focus of the event was on acquiring, converting and retaining customers online. It’s a great event to find out what people are up to, and there were some excellent presentations from some of the biggest brands online, including Dell, BSkyB and The Carphone Warehouse.
It was reassuring to know that we are already offering our clients the right advice on growing their customers’ value as well as optimising the success of their online marketing activities. We did however pick up some great tips, techniques and recommendations on making an online campaign or website work even harder.
